By accessing or using EchoSDK ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
EchoSDK provides a headless helpdesk infrastructure for developers, including AI-powered customer support, ticket management, and knowledge base functionality. The Service is provided on a pay-as-you-go basis.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
- Transmit malicious code or conduct security attacks
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Collect user data without proper consent
5. API Usage
Use of our API is subject to rate limits and fair use policies. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend access for accounts that exceed reasonable usage limits or abuse the Service.
6. Payment Terms
Paid features are billed according to the pricing plan selected. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. We may change our pricing with 30 days notice.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by EchoSDK and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
