Our Mission
We believe customer support should be instant, accurate, and affordable. Traditional helpdesk tools were designed for large support teams with per-seat pricing, complex configurations, and weeks-long deployments. That does not work for modern developer teams shipping fast.
EchoSDK exists to give every developer team access to AI-powered customer support that sets up in minutes, answers questions from your own documentation, and costs a fraction of legacy tools. We use retrieval-augmented generation to deliver accurate answers, and we only charge for what you use.
What We Build
EchoSDK is a headless helpdesk platform. You embed our chat widget with a single script tag. It indexes your documentation and uses RAG to answer customer questions automatically. When the AI cannot resolve a query, it creates a support ticket and notifies your team via Slack.
Why We Started
We were developers tired of paying Zendesk $100+ per agent per month for tools that took weeks to configure. We wanted something that felt native to how developer teams work: API-first, embeddable, and priced on usage instead of headcount. So we built it.
